Hannah Cornelia is a 17-year-old school kid wishing she currently studied drama, so this is her making up for it! As an Ambassador for Canberra Youth Theatre, and previously an Ambassador for The Q she spends a lot of time around the stage. Her favourite roles to date have been Prospero in The Tempest (Travelling Players Company, U.S. 2020), Boudica in Dust by Sara Daniels (Travelling Players Company, U.S. 2021), Celia in As You Like It (Travelling Players Company, U.S. 2021), Lynette in Dags by Debra Oswald (Canberra Youth Theatre, 2022), and Margaret in Sense and Sensibility (Canberra REP Theatre, 2022) in which she was nominated for Best Youth Performance at the Ovations Awards. Hannah, an avid Shakespeare nerd, was shortlisted for the John Bell Scholarship in 2022. This year she acted as the Student Director for her school’s musical production of The Little Mermaid (Canberra Girls Grammar School). Most of all, she hopes you enjoy the show!
