Tyler Berrigan was born three minutes walk from James Herriot's house in Thirsk, Yorkshire. (For the record, he played junior rugby for Yarm Rugby Club). He was classically trained at the Cleveland College of Art and Design (now the Northern College of Art) and has worked in repertory theatres across Northern England, playing roles written by William Shakespeare to Timberlake Wertenbaker. He moved to Brisbane in 2018 where he performed with ThunderBear Productions in the 2019 and 2020 Anywhere Festivals. He lives now in Canberra and is looking forward to combining the adrenalin rush of playing Shakespeare with the excitement of presenting his work where life really takes place, in the community.
